I did not receive the email to watch the film

Please check your spam folder. 

Search your inbox for an email from info@dtefilm.com

Add info@dtefilm to your address book

Did you enter the correct email address? 

Register again with your details if you can not find the email

I got the email and the link does not work

Film is available for 24 hours after registration. If this period has lapsed, you will have to register again. You can decide whether to contribute to watch or not.

I am redirected to the same page as the 'watch the film page'

After you click the watch link in the email, you will be redirected to the watch page, scroll down to the flags. You will notice the registration form is no longer covering the player. Choose the language you want to watch the film in and press play.
